Seeded Granola Yoghurt

A super healthy mix you can keep in the fridge to use anytime.

Serves: 8
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes


- 500g porridge oats
- 25g sunflower seeds
- 25g sesame seeds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 150g bag Cranberry and Macadamia Mix
- 50g sultanas
- 50g flaked almonds
- 150g butter
- 150g clear honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- yogurt, to serve


Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds, cranberry mix, sultanas and flaked almonds.

Melt the butter, honey and cinnamon together in a small pan and pour over the oat mixture. Stir well to mix all together.

Spread the mixture out evenly onto a baking tray lined with nonstick baking parchment and cook in the oven for 30 minutes, turning twice during the cooking time.

Allow the mixture to cool then transfer to an airtight container and keep sealed until ready to use. Serve a spoonful or two into each glass, then top with yogurt and sprinkle a little more granola over. Serve immediately.
