A perfect mid-morning snack or add a dollop of ice cream for a super scrummy dessert.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk (for children under two use whole milk)
- 350ml pineapple and mango juice
Simply combine all ingredients together in a blender, and pour into 4 glasses for a delicious, healthy snack.
